During meditation, it hit me how much I check my phone for everything, not just pictures.

Honestly, if Chiefy didn't take Chii out, this whole thing would've been a total flop......

The stuff Shunin and Chihiro talk about are all stuff often seen in japanese playgrounds, to which they don't exactly have a 1:1 equivalent in english so I just use simple noun phrases that I think convey them best but here's the full definition just in case they weren't clear enough:
On a horizontal bar:
逆上がり (sakagari) = one backward hip circle (you swing backward and rotate around the bar once)
連続回転 (renzoku kaiten) = doing the above multiple times in a row and continuously spinning around the bar without stopping
